Hereby all references to the word Services would refer to every kind of service/product provided by UseMyCards through any online /offline platform or otherwise.

License and Site Access

UseMyCards grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express prior written consent of UseMyCards. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink of this site to promote the services so long as the link does not portray UseMyCards, or its services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any UseMyCards logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission except for the promotion of the Services.

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. It is not advisable to try to access our services using a method other than the instructions that are provided. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and other web security laws laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or from us or otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

In our Services content is being fetched from various websites. Using various algorithms and technologies, we are displaying the data about the content, (products, deals and offers) as accurately as we can. From hereby content would refer to the products, deals, advertisements and other services offered by shopping portals and brands included in our search engine. If data about some deals, offers or products is not getting displayed from an e commerce store included in our search engine inform us about the same and we would promptly address the issue.

Our Services display some content that are fetched from online and offline shopping portals and various brands. The content that is being given by the store is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review the content to determine whether the products, deals and services offered fall in our legal policies or not and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law or our ethical values. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

In case of any excess deposit or withdrawal which got conducted from your account. You would be liable to return the excess funds. Excess fund is defined as additional amount of INR or any currency or asset that you received. You are in this case not the rightful owner of the funds received and are liable to return it back. In case the funds are not returned back in a specified duration legal action would take its course.

UseMyCards's privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that UseMyCards can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We respond to notices of alleged any type of infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process the Copyright Acts.

About Software in our Services

UseMyCards gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by UseMyCards as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by UseMyCards, in the manner permitted by these terms. Business uses of our Services
